Here's how it works:

To ensure a continuous supply of insulated bags and to receive future orders in them, we kindly request that you leave your bags from your previous order outside for our courier to pick up.

Please note: If we don't retrieve the insulated bags from your previous order, your next delivery will be in paper bags until we're able to pick up the insulated bags.
