Damages and Incorrect Orders

We take great care to ensure that all orders are accurately fulfilled and delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item or if your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@thecorktowncook.com so we can assess the situation and address the issue promptly.

Gift Cards and Sale Items

Please note that all sales are final for gift cards and items purchased on sale. These purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

For standard orders, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up date. For custom orders, orders involving allergy considerations, or orders with substitutions, a notice of 5 days before the delivery or pick-up date is required for eligibility for a partial refund, depending on the specifics of the order.

For orders totaling over $1500, cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to qualify for a refund.

Order Modifications and Exchanges

If you need to modify or change your order, please reach out to us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up date. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule the delivery or pick-up of standard items up to 48 hours before the initially scheduled date. Please contact us to arrange a new time that is convenient for you.
