About Us

Eating good food has always been central to my life –I wake up thinking about food and I go to bed dreaming about it: what am I going to eat? How will I cook it? Where will I procure produce? I could go on… Likely this passion is genetic – my maternal grandmother was an excellent cook, as is my mother who was a Personal Chef. I grew up in the kitchen, learning, watching, and participating and from a young age had a fascination (or maybe more of an obsession) with old-school early 2000s Food Network (think early days Ina Garten, etc.).

When I had my son and was deep in the trenches of newborn motherhood my family needed help and I began my search for a fully prepared meal service that had fresh flavourful meals with an abundance of produce and herbs and lots of interesting flavours, but my search fell flat! I was unable to find a meal service that offered food that was exciting to me!

From this gap and out of my innate passion for cooking, my business wasborn:

It provides weekly fully-prepared meals to consumers looking for fresh home-cooked food. Inventive, bright, flavourful and herbaceous, my produce-forward food uses high quality, local and seasonal ingredients to produce delicious meals for your family table. As my business has grown, I have expanded to offer beautifully curated charcuterie, crudites & fruit boards, grazing tables for events, as well a custom catering and private cooking services.
